How long have you been hosting?
So-Fresh started as a hosting site on March 18th, 2009. The domain was bought before that and belonged to Munchie as a graphic site.

How can I keep up with updates?
You can check out the front page or follow us on twitter for the fastest updates.

What happens with the Money?
The money is used to pay for our hosting. With the extra money, we use it to buy domains and other prizes for contests.

Do you offer refunds?
We offer one (1) week refunds depending on your situation. Find out if you apply for a refund by looking at ourpolicy.

How long will it take before my account is ready?
Most accounts are ready in a 1-48 hour time frame. If this extends longer, we apologize, and please send another application.

Do you host .co.cc?
Yes, we do. We treat .co.cc as a domain, ans you can either use a free domain plan, or buy a different one.

How do I pay?
Currently, we will only accept payments from paypal.
