Policy

One of the most important things at So-Fresh is to read our policy. By reading this policy, you will fully understand anything and everything that can and cannot happen with So-Fresh Hosting.

ACCOUNTS

Every account is made when the e-mail is sent. When apply for hosting, please make sure we are the only site you applied for so we do not have to go through making and deleting your account. You will receive an e-mail back with all the information you need within 48 hours.

PAYMENT

Payments to So-Fresh can only be made by PalPal. Any other methods of payment are not accepted. We use paypal because it is a secure site to transfer all payments.

Refunds

You can apply for a refund for up to 7 days. You can have a refund if you fit into one of the catagories below: If you would like a refund you must contact me via the contact forum and you must file a disput on paypal.

YOUR SITE

All content on your site is your own responsiblity. There are certin things, however, that will not be permitted (listed below).
If any of these are found on your site, you run the possiblity of your site being deleted.

If you will be away from your site for a while, you will need to post it on your site, or contact so-fresh so your site is not deleted for being inactive.

CANCELLING

If you should for any reason cancel your account, you need to notify So-Fresh.

DOMAINS

If you bought a domain with So-fresh that is fine. If you would like your domain transfered to another host, please contact So-Fresh and I will transfer it.
If your site was deleted due to violation of the rules, you will receive your domain, and you will be responsible for paying for it. Your domain must be transferred to another host as soon as possible.

FREE HOSTING

All free hosting accounts must following every rule. A link back button or link must be placed on every page of their site.
